Thank you for choosing Sydney Proposal Co.. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking.

1. Booking & Payment

  • •A non-refundable retainer (deposit) is required to secure your booking and date.
  • •The remaining balance will be paid on the day.
  • •We accept Pay ID as the transfer method.
  • •Bookings are not confirmed until the retainer payment is received.

2. Weather Policy

  • •We monitor the weather closely leading up to your event.
  • •If the weather is unsafe or unsuitable for your setup, we will work with you to find an alternative indoor location (if available) or reschedule to another suitable date.
  • •If rescheduling is not possible and an alternative location cannot be arranged, the payment is non-refundable.

3. Set Up & Pack Down

  • •You will have 1 hour allocated for the setup of your proposal. If additional time is required beyond the allocated hour, an additional fee will apply.
  • •Set up and pack down times are scheduled based on your chosen package and location.
  • •Pack down will be completed promptly after your event unless an extended time is pre-arranged.
  • •Please ensure the venue allows adequate access and time for set up and pack down.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • •If you cancel within 7 days prior to the event, 50% of the remaining balance will need to be paid.
  • •Cancellation made more than 7 days prior will not incur any additional charge.

5. Damages & Liabilities

  • •Your proposal experience is in our hands. Our team takes full responsibility for the care, set up and pack down of all items. We handle every detail with the utmost care to create a flawless and unforgettable experience for you.

  • •These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time.
  • •By booking with Sydney Proposal Co., you agree to these terms and conditions.
